Terms of Service

Kaymak (kaymak.app) monitors how AI answer engines — such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews — respond to questions about businesses you track, and provides visibility metrics, backlink statistics, and optimization suggestions. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may only track businesses you own, manage, or otherwise have a legitimate interest in monitoring. One person or entity per account unless we agree otherwise.

Paid plans are billed as a subscription through Creem, our merchant of record, at the prices shown at checkout. Question-tracking limits per plan are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the billing section of your dashboard, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• resell, scrape, or bulk-export the service’s data to build a competing product;
• use the service to harass, defame, or misrepresent any business or person;
• attempt to breach, probe, or overload our systems or bypass plan limits;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Visibility results reflect what third-party AI engines said at the moment we sampled them. AI answers change constantly, can be wrong, and are outside our control; backlink figures come from third-party indexes and are estimates. Optimization tips are AI-generated suggestions, not professional marketing, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the service.

You retain all rights to the information you add. You grant us the license needed to process it to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy). The service itself — software, design, scores, and methodology — is ours; these terms grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use it while your account is in good standing.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service entirely, we will give paying customers at least 30 days’ notice and a pro-rated refund of any prepaid, unused period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections 5–8 survive termination.

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify active accounts by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
